Shijiazhuang City Shengxin Malleable Iron Pipe fitting Industrial & Trading Co., Ltd is a big enterprise in producing malleable iron pipe fittings, carbon stell pipes, and stell nipples, valves and faucet and mixer.

It was established in 1989, our company has 200 employees and about 30 professional technical experts, its fixed assets totaled six million RMB, annual turnover is amount to twenty million RMB.

The factory has 15200 square meters, with our Polish, Zincification and machine tool machining workshop, and we also own a foundry which is located in Luquan city.

一、 KINDS AND SPECIFICATION: These pipe are available in the following ranges: Bends, Elbows, Tee, Cross, Union, Nipple and Bushing etc.

The specification vary from 1/4″ 6″.

The products are mainly divided into: Banded, Beaded and Plain, Galvanized and Ungalvanized, made to British Standard Thread, American Standard Thread, Germany Standard Thread and Korean Standard Thread.

二、 PHYSICAL PROPERTIES: 1 - Mechanical Properties: tensile Strength≥33kg/mm2, Elongation≥8%, Hydness＜HB163; 2 - Hydraulic Test: Test Pressure: 25kg/mm2, Working Pressure: 16kg/cm2.
