straight silicone hoses with small diameters enjoy excellent

flexibility and can make various bend radiuses.

Diameters

between 6 to 19mm are frequently used for water connecting,

breathers, heater matrix, etc.

Bigger diameters are allowed

to cut to any length.

They are ideal for coolant,

intercooler, air intake, etc.

For different reinforcements, straight silicone hoses are

grouped into two types: polyester reinforced, Nomex

reinforced for high temperature and Fluoro lined for

carrying fuel and oils.

Polyester reinforced - Straight silicone hose

Straight silicone reinforced by polyester fabric is very

effective for general applications, including home,

automobile, and industries.

It is widely used for carrying

water, air, coolant, steam, etc.

Ideal operating temperature: -55�� to +170��;

Nomex reinforced (High Temp) - Straight silicone hose

Designed for high temperature and high pressure

applications, owing to its good performances against heat,

chemicals and radiation, Nomex reinforced straight hose is

ideal for turbo application.

Working temperature: �C50&# 65533;� to +250�棻

Nomex reinforced 3 - 5 ply

Silicone hose creates a barrier to isolate medium.

Remark: Nomex reinforced silicone hose is NOT suitable for

fuel & oils.

Fluoro lined Straight silicone hose

Fluoro lined silicone has not only has the advantages of

silicone hoses - low thermal conductivity, low chemical

reactivity and thermal thermal stability, but also low

hydrocarbon permeation.

It is a good material for contacting

with oils.

It is often be found in turbocharger and

intercooler hoses which meets Euro 3 and 4 emission levels.

Working temperature: �C55�ᦙ 3;C to 250��C;

Fluoro lined for contacting with oils;

Polyester fiber reinforced 3 to 4 plies

Especially used in turbocharger and intercooler hoses;

Low permeation.

Remark: Fluoro lined silicone hoses are available for

contacting with oils or oil mists.
