Steps for this home use whiteniening kit:

Step 1: Brush and floss your teeth.

Boil the water in a kettle

and pour 300ml into a large bowl or cup.

try to make sure the

whole mouth piece is submerged up to the handle.

Then shake the

trays to remove any air bubbles that may be present.

Step 2: Slowly wave the mouth trays in the water until the

handle becomes soft and flexible.

You will notice a slight loss

of shape as the trays collapse.

Step 3: Remove the trays from the water after about a minute

and test for flexibility.

Holding by the handle, insert the

mouth trays into your mouth.

At this stage you should bite

lightly on the tray and loosen it off once without removing it.

Step 4: Place a small bead of gel in the top and bottom parts

of the mouth tray and place in mouth, resting lips on the

enhance lip supports.

Step 5: Turn on LED accelerator light and place over exposed

mouth tray, leave in place for 20- 30 minutes.

Step 6: Remove and rinse your tray, so easy!
