Reduced Port Gate Valve - China

The GVRP 150LB-36″*33″ Clicks model is a reduced port gate valve designed with RF flange ends, an OS&Y (outside screw and yoke) configuration, a bolted bonnet, a rising stem, and an electrical actuator.

This valve is sized at 36 inches by 30 inches and rated at 150 LB.

The body and bonnet are made from ASTM A216 WCB, while the wedge is constructed from ASTM A216 WCB+13CR, and the seat is crafted from ASTM A105+13CR.

The stem is made from 13CR for enhanced strength and corrosion resistance.

The valve features a face-to-face dimension of 711 mm.

It complies with API 600 valve standards and ASME B16.47 for RF flanged ends.

The valve undergoes a sealing pressure test at 22 BAR and a shell pressure test at 30 BAR.

It adheres to design standards such as ASME B16.34, GB 12234, and API 600, with flanged ends meeting ASME B16.5 and GB 9113 standards, and butt-welding ends following ASME B16.25.
