Tank configuration

Special heat resistant and pressure withstanding borosilicate glass tank, the upper cover made of 316L stainless steel.

Stirring system

Top mechanical stirring system , aseptic mechanical seal system;

DC stirring motor, easy assembly and disassembly, convenient SIP;

2-layer flat vane, oblique vane, bending vane(low shear stress) and axial flow vane are optional.

Stepless speed control, digital setting of rotation speed control.

Structure mode

Desktop fermentor, compact structure and convenient operation.

Ventilating system

Equipped with stainless steel circular spreader;

Rotor flowmeter display, pressure display, manual valve flow adjustment;

Equipped with high-efficiency bacteria removing filter with a precision of 0.01μm;

External no oil compressed air is required, for continuous and stable air supply.

Temperature control

Online inspection, digital setting, automatic control;

Pt-100 temperature probe and digital temperature meter;

Built-in electric heating device and external coolingwater for automatic temperature control.

pH control

Online inspection, peristaltic pump automatic incremental feeding of acid or alkali solution for adjustment;

Imported Switzerland pH electrode realizes hightemperature steam disinfection.

Dissolved oxygen(DO)

Online inspection, with a rage of 0-100% or0-180%;

Imported Switzerland DO electrode realizes high temperature steam disinfection;

Feeding control

peristaltic pump time proportional incremental feeding, with the volume of incremental feeding being displayed and recorded.

Defoaming mode

Foam electrode, automatic alarming in case of abnormal foam situation;

Peristaltic pump automatic/manual incremental feeding of defoaming agent, with the volume of incremental feeding being displayed and recorded.

Control system

Application PLC control system, Siemens PLC controller, color touch screen operation interface with complete functions and stable running.
