Professional control equipment

1 - control system of piano type with touch screen: standard design of 14'touch screen which is suitable to every type of Water soluble fertilizer equipment; numerical control equipment and disassembly structure; hard and reasonable; easy control and good ventilation; supply complete design for customers by according to different requirement; the whole production line of situation can be displayed and controlled on the screen.

2 - Batching Belt scale with triple insurance function: the first insurance function, automatic batching of Belt scale controlled by the piano type of control system; the second insurance, the control instrument for Belt scale has function of formula weigh setting, which can monitor instantaneous flow rate of each material, accumulation statistics of each material, check the content deviation of each material during batching exits or not, and let the production line operates normally under the situation that the piano type of control system does not work; the third insurance, batching production line can work normally by handling control, if control system of piano type and control meter both do not work.

3 - Tailor-made sensor of anti-corrosion type combined weighing with analog: Recently, the belt scale adopts the weighing sensor and transmitter which are two separate parts of core component to send measurement signal to control system, which only suitable to the circumstance of no corrosive material, but for producing Water soluble fertilizer, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer and biological fertilizer, joint part between weighing sensor and transmitter can be corroded easily, and measuring accuracy will goes down in a short time.

Beidou company is engaged in the manufacture and usage of batching equipment of chemical fertilizer industry many years, and develop this tailor-made sensor together with foreign well-known manufacturer, which is the premise for guaranteeing the belt scale of Water soluble fertilizer of Beidou to work steady for a long time with accurate batching.

4 - Barrel mixer with uniform mixing: Recently there is horizontal mixing plant, grouting machine, barrel mixing plant of single axle, screw mixing plant of twin-shaft, screw mixing plant of single axle, idler barrel mixer on the market.

It is suitable to make uniform mixing of 500 kilo or 1 ton each time of batch-type for horizontal mixing plant and grouting machine; and by using barrel mixing plant of single axle, or screw mixing plant of twin-shaft, or screw mixing plant of single axle, or idler barrel mixer is the best choose for continuous mixing.

However, only barrel mixing plant of single axle and idler barrel mixer are suitable for processing Water soluble fertilizer, the former is suitable for output of 10 ton/hour and the latter is suitable for output larger than 10 ton/hour.

On this foundation, feeding area, mixing area and out-feed area are designed by Beidou Company for sufficient mixing and no clinging.

5 - Packing machine of Water soluble fertilizer: professional packing machine for automatic filling of 25 kilo, 40 kilo and 50 kilo for each bag.
