Photosensitive Anti Etching Ink For Metal - China

Craft Introduction: Metal etching is a

surface treatment

process, covering the metal substrate which part need to

protect in printing or spraying then etching away the part

we don't need with chemical corrosion.

in order to improve

the precision of etching, adapt to the demand of mass

production, in order to solve this problem, our R&C

department launched the sensitive anti-etching ink, and

solving it by the photographic imaging and etching

resistance performance of the ink.

The ink is widely used in

the etching process of metal products.

Characteristics: Applying to spraying and screen

printing, coating layer uniform and no bubbles, drying fast,

high resolution, good adhesion, strong anti-acid

performance, etc.

Technological Process: Clean the surface of the

substrate－spray (screen printing)－prebakin g－exposure－

developing-second baking(for deep etching)－etching&# 65293;

removing the ink.

Operation Conditions:

1 - Pretreatment: wash and remove the oil and wax on the

surface of Product.

2 - Dilution: Mix the ink and diluent together at suitable

ratio, setting for 5-10mins, our specific diluent will be

added to the ink to adjust the viscosity ( at 1: 0.7 ratio,

or operating according to the specific circumstances ) , the

use of other thinners to be done before the production

matching experiments;

3 - Spraying: The thickness of dried ink film should be 20-

30um.

Screen printing: Using 77T - 100T mesh size;

4 - Prebaking: Hot air circulation drying at 80C-90C for

10-15mins;

5 - Exposure: 6-8 case, 21 case Exposure guide rule ;

6 - Developing: Washing with 0.8%-1.2% Na2CO3 solvent，about

2Kg / cm ² of the pressure , temperature at 30 ± 2C;

7 - Second baking: 150C/30mins (if have deep etching

process) ;

8 - Etching;

9 - Removing the ink: Remove the ink with 10% NaOH solvent

at 90C, then clean it with ultrasonic wave for about 1-3

minutes ;

Note:

1 - Storage period: Sealed ink can be stored for six months in

dry ventilate darkroom below 25 C, prolonged operation or

storage in highlight or daylight is prohibited.

2 - This ink can be used alone, if need to adjust the viscosity

for this product, please use the dedicated thinner of the

product, stir for 3-5 minutes before using , then stand the

diluted ink for 10 minutes .

3 - Keep the surface of product clean, it has a critical

impact on the ink adhesion to the substrate, therefore the

substrate need to be cleaned and the oxide layer required to

have a thorough pre-treatment.

Caution:

1 - If accidental contact with skin or eyes , wash immediately

with soap and plenty of water , or medical treatment in a

timely manner.

2 - This product is flammable, prohibited fireworks at storage

and operating places.
