nanometer titanium dioxide in textile size:

1 - Keeping the intrinsic viscosity during the process of size mixing.

2 - Keeping the parameter of sizing machines stability.

3 - Dipersing nano titanium dioxide in water (20% wt of TiO2-liquid A)

4 - The dosage of titanium dioxide: 0.5-2% of starch weight.

5 - Replace equal starch with the PVA in pure cotton sizing, other components remained unchanged.

6 - Adding specified amount of water, then mix uniformly.

7 - Add specified amount of starch, mixing ten minutes with medium speed, and the adding other materials.

8 - Heating-up and boiling, and then curing for 30 minutes at ordinary pressure or 20 minutes at high pressure.

Dosage: Add (2~8) kgs liquid (A) into 900 kgs textile size.
