Surface Treatment: the substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean,

no grease, and other loose materials.

Operation Process: For the

surface: 1, mix the foam mortar with water at the rate of 3.57: 1 ( 25kg

powder + 7kg water), using an electric mixer to make particle paste, put

it aside for 5-10 minutes and then a little stirring to gain the better

effect 2, using scraper scraping on the surface 3, for the polystyrene

foam board and the foam line with surface adhesive, using tooth scraper

scrap on the backside of the foam board or the line, can also use point

paste method.

After 24 dry, make the next process 3, for the light

brick, the moving correction should be completed in ten minutes Normal

Amount: For the smooth surface, use tooth scraper to scrap, surface

about 1.5~2.0kg/m2, the bottom layer about 3-5kg/m2 Cautions: 1, make

sure the smooth and vertical rate of the surface before operation 2, if

the mortar surface is dry, pick off the surface 3, never mix the dry

slurry with water and use again 4, this product requiring the

temperature between 5℃ to 40℃ Store Method: Store in cool

and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
