1 - Raw material : Hydrochloric acid+Bauxite+Calcium aluminate powder 2 - INDUSTRIAL GRADE MANUFACTURE PROCESS: First Step: Hydrochloric acid+Bauxite+Calcium aluminate powder put into reaction kettle, get PAC liquid within a lot of heavy metal.

Second Step: PAC liquid filter a lot of heavy metal through Filter Press, get good PAC liquid.

Third Step: Good PAC liquid be dried by spray drying tower get PAC powder.

3 - Properties of polyaluminum chloride The purified water quality is better than aluminum sulfate coagulant, and the water purification cost is 15-30% lower than that.

Flocs form fast and settle quickly, and have a larger processing capacity than traditional products such as aluminum sulfate.

The alkalinity of the consumed water is lower than that of various inorganic coagulants, so there is no need for or less alkalis.

The suitable source water PH 5.0-9.0 range can be coagulated.

Low corrosives and good operating conditions.

The solubility is better than aluminum sulfate.

The salt in the treated water increases little, which is beneficial to ion exchange treatment and high-purity water production.

The adaptability to the source water temperature is better than that of inorganic coagulants such as aluminum sulfate.

4 - Storage: The products shall be sealed and stored in the dry and ventilated place to prevent from rain, high temperature and strong sunlight.

5 - Using method: Solid product is put into the water to dissolve according to the 1: 3 proportion, Then add 10-30 times the amount of water to which concentration you need to use.

The best quantity needed may be according to the raw water's turbidity to be decided.

Usually when the turbidity of the raw water is 100-500 mg/L, the quantity needed is10-20kgs per kiloton.

According to the difference of water, please do some test before using to seek the most suitable dosage.

Generally speaking, for each ton of the water, respectively dosing 8g, 15g, 20g of the volume, three minutes later to see what good effect, choose the better doing a few small tests, the final decision the exact dosage.
