Product description

This series of products is made of acrylic resin and hardener to produce transparent powder coating with high transparency and excellent leveling properties.

Product features

Excellent gloss and vividness, the coating is crystal clear;

Excellent fluidity, the coating surface is smooth as a mirror;

Excellent weather resistance in harsh outdoor environments, maintaining the original color of the coating;

Good surface hardness and strong scratch resistance.

Application areas

1 - Designed for automotive aluminum wheel surface finishing, and suitable as a high-performance finishing coating for various appliances, such as furniture metal tripods, bicycles, and door handles; 2 - Suitable as a finishing protective layer for metal powder coatings.

Transportation packaging

Carton packaging, lined with two layers of polyvinyl chloride plastic bags, net weight of each box is 20kg.

Non-hazardous items can be transported in various ways, but should be kept away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat, and contact with chemicals.

Hygiene and safety

Operators should wear dust masks during use to avoid inhaling dust and minimize long-term contact between skin and powder coating.

Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.

Specific gravity 1.0~1.5g/cm

Particle size Depending on the application

Storage stability Acrylic transparent powder coating should be stored in a dry, ventilated room below 25℃, and avoid direct sunlight.

If stored in an air-conditioned room, the powder must be stored at room temperature or the same temperature as the spraying equipment before use to avoid moisture.

Under this condition, the powder can be stored stably for 12 months.

If it is exceeded, it must be re-tested.

If the result meets the requirements, it can still be used.
