Physical Properties: Bending: Passes ASTM D522 standard with a curvature diameter of 5mm; Passes GB/T1731 standard with a curvature diameter of 2mm.

Dry Adhesion: Passes ASTM D3359 standard with a result of 5B; Passes ISO 2409 standard with a result of grade 0; Passes GB/T9286 standard with a result of grade 0 - Cupping: Passes ISO 1520 standard, 5mm coating shows no cracking or peeling; Passes GB/T9753 standard, 5mm coating shows no cracking or peeling.

Impact Resistance (Normal Impact): ≥50kg・cm under ASTM D2794 standard; 50kg・cm under GB/T9753 standard.

Pencil Hardness (Scratch Hardness): ≥H under ASTM D3363 standard; ≥H under GB/T6739 standard.

Storage Stability: 12 months (below 30℃).

Retesting is required after expiration.

If it meets requirements, it can be used freely.

Curing Process: 200℃/12min, 180℃/15min (workpiece surface temperature).

Pretreatment: All metal substrates must be degreased.

Iron metals undergo zinc or iron-based phosphate treatment, and aluminum metals undergo chromating treatment to improve corrosion resistance.

Coating: Manual or automatic spraying equipment can be used.

For consistent coating, automatic spraying is recommended.

Uncoated powder can be recovered through a suitable recycling system.

Atomizing air pressure: ~0.5 bar; main air pressure: ~0.5 bar; spraying voltage: 40-90 kV.

Damage Repair: Surface treatment involves sanding and air cleaning.

The application method is recoating, with a reduced spraying voltage.

Safety Warnings: Do not eat, drink, or smoke while spraying.

Avoid inhaling dust.

Wear a suitable respirator.
