Application parameters:

Atomization air pressure: ~0.7bar

Primary air pressure: ~0.7bar

Recommended voltage: 40-90KV

Secondary rework:

Surface treatment: grinding + air cleaning

Recoating mode: Reduce spraying voltage

Chemical Type: Polyester for exterior components; polyester-epoxy hybrid for interior components.

Appearance: Exterior component color is custom-designed; interior components are primarily available in metallic silver, wood grain powder, and white.

Particle Size: Depends on product type and color.

Gloss: Depends on product.

Specific Gravity: 1.2-1.8 g/cm³ (depends on color).

Storage: Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place.

Validity: 12 months (≤30°C).

Curing (Workpiece Temperature): 180°C for 15 minutes, 200°C for 10 minutes.

Adhesion: Tested using a single-edged knife and adhesive tape, the judgment standard is grade 0 cracking, and the testing standards are GB/T 9286 - ISO 2409 - and ASTM D3359.

Impact Resistance: Tested using an impact tester, the judgment standard is 50 kg・cm (Φ8mm), 2.5 Nm (Φ16mm), grade 0 (20mm), and the testing standards are GB/T 1732 - ASTM D 2794 - and ISO 6272.

Coating Hardness: Tested using a hardness tester, the judgment standard is 1H, and the testing standards are GB/Z 6739 and ASTM D3363.

Alkali Resistance: Tested using 0.1N NaOH and a beaker, the judgment standard is M48H, with no whitening, peeling, rusting, or spots on the coating, and the testing standard is GB/T 9274.

Acid resistance: Tested using 0.1N acid in a beaker, the judgment standard is M24H, the coating does not fog, and the test standard is GB/T 9274.

Salt spray resistance: Tested in an NSS salt spray chamber, the judgment standard is *500H, rust spots and blistering <2mm, and the test standards are GB/T 1771 - ASTM B-117 - and ISO 7253.

Damp heat resistance: Tested in a constant temperature and humidity chamber, the judgment standard is ≥500H, slight discoloration is allowed, no whitening, rusting, or peeling is allowed, and the test standards are GB/T 1740 and ISO 6270.

Weather resistance: Tested using an artificial accelerated aging chamber, the judgment standard is QUV-B313500H M3 grade, and the test standards are GB 1865 and ISO 11341.

Water Resistance: Passed the steam water test, with roughening allowed for 20 cycles and no blistering.

Testing standards are GB/T 1733 and ASTM D 2247.

Flame Retardancy: Third-party tested, with a DS (1.5W) rating of 0.00 and a VD grade of 1.65 - Testing standards are ASTM E162 - ASTM E662 - and UL 94.

• The above tests all use 0.8mm degreased and derusted cold-rolled steel plates, with a coating thickness of 60~80um.

The performance indicators of the coating will vary slightly with different gloss.

Environmental requirements:  This product does not contain heavy metals such as tin, selenium, lead, hexavalent tantalum, mercury, zinc, cadmium, etc., and fully complies with RoHS 2.0 environmental protection requirements.
