LHMC01 methanation catalyst is of Titanium rare earth nickel catalyst
which is suitable for synthesis ammonia unit or hydrogen plant, to
remove CO and CO2 at low concentration and make them to be inert gas,
methane and water.
This catalyst has high crush strength, large pore volume, high activity and easily to be unloading.
It has been obviously performing much better than other similar catalyst under high pressure and high space velocity.
Main Operation Condition
S in raw gas require ≦0.1 PPm
Cl- in raw gas require ≦ 0.03PPm
Activation temperature: 210℃
Service temperature: 250～430℃
Initial inlet temperature: 250～270℃
Operation condition: 0.5～32.0MPa
Operation space velocity ≦ 10000h-1
