UM50 Solution Vinyl Resin (VYHD Resin in dow resin) is a high molecular weight copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate.
It is supplied as a powder.
UM 50 solution vinyl resin provides a good balance of chemical resistance, solubility, film strength and thermo plasticity.
This resin is provides adhesion to PVC substrates.
Application: Mainly applied in PVC plastic color printing inks as binder.
UM55 (VYHH Resin in dow resin) and UM62 applied as pigment media for color sheet also can be applied in paint and record.
UM55 is also applied for making heat insulation materials mixed with nitrile rubber.
UM68 is mainly applied in spray ink for shoes.
UM50 is applied for high grade gravure inks and vanish, especially good for cold weather regions due to no gel occurring.
