It is castinged by aluminum alloy which resists to high temperature, and coating by high temperature adhesive, molding by EVA or PA hot melting adhesive.
Branch off clip is used to branch a joint into one in and two or three out .
Branch cable clips Application : 1 - A branch-off clip is a three-legged aluminum die cast piece.
2 - The best quality of corrosion resistant aluminum is used for casting.
3 - A protective epoxy coating layer is applied and the same hot melt adhesive, identical to that used on the inner side of the wrap-around, is injection molded on to the center leg.
These branch-off clips are used to branch a joint into one in and two or three out.
The hot melt in the center leg fills and seals the gaps at the branch-off joint.
4 - Small, medium and large branch-off clips are meant for application in cables up to 100 pairs, up to 800 pairs and beyond 800 pairs respectively
