capabilities across

various capacities for SDR, DDR, DDR-II, DDR-

department has hundreds of motherboards from

manufacturers with a wide range of

specialized testing software as well as

hardware based tests

to test and calibrate the IC's.

The testing

platforms have

been selected after in-depth global

evaluation and that are

used by majority of testing houses across the

SMT : We have two of the most advanced and

latest ultra-high

speed Yamaha SMT lines, each consisting of

paste printer,

chip mounter, fine pitch mounter and 10-zone

re-flow oven.

Module Testing : Module testing is done using

Multi-test

platforms for SDR, DDR, DDR-II, DDR-III

(Hardware and

Software) and on different types of

motherboards.

Flash Testing : The testing of flash IC'S of

capacities is undertaken on various

controllers.

There are

more than 500 fixtures to undertake the

testing.
