Light calcium carbonate is a chemically synthesized product, produced through the lime calcination and carbonization method: Calcination: CaCO₃ → CaO + CO₂ (heated to 900~1000°C) Hydration: CaO + H₂O → Ca(OH)₂ Carbonation: Ca(OH)₂ + CO₂ → CaCO₃↓ (precipitation of ultra-fine calcium carbonate) 1.2 Key Characteristics

Regular particle shape (cubic, spherical, or needle-like)
High whiteness and purity
Lower density (due to porous structure)
