EVE-Fiberglass Insulation Board is is made of

inorganic fiberglass with a thermosetting

resin, formed into flexible, semi-rigid or

rigid boards of varying densities.

Due to the

advantages of lightweight, resilient,

corrosion resistant, high thermally

efficient, structurally integrated and

excellent in acoustical properties, EVE-

Fiberglass Insulation Board is widely applied

in heat preservation and sound insulation

projects.

In addition, able to be finished

with facing materials like black glass fiber

or aluminum foil, EVE-Fiberglass Insulation

Board provides a neat and pleasant

appearance.

So EVE-Fiberglass Insulation

Board is used on vessels, equipment,

chillers, hot and cold equipment, heating and

air conditioning ductwork, acoustical wall

panel, specialized ceiling applications,

power and process equipment.

Features

Insulation Board is made of fine, soft and

flexible glass fiber which allows a reduced

weight of the board.

 High thermal efficiency: the fine

glass fibers keep a large amount of air left

in the board to preserve the heat for a

fairly long time.

 Corrosion resistant: because of the

chemical stability of fiberglass, EVE-

Fiberglass Insulation Board has a remarkable

capability of corrosion resistance.

 Sound damping: owing to the dense

structure of glass fiber board, sound gets

absorbed efficiently when passing through the

board.

 Outstanding mechanical property: the

glass fibers integrated allows the board to

be resilient and stable in shape, so the

board can bear much more pressure than

before.

Application

EVE-Fiberglass Insulation Board is an ideal

material for insulation projects such as

airconditioning, vessels that transfers air

or liquid, chillers, ducts, acoustic

insulation and heat preservation wall.

Also,

it is economical and durable for both outdoor

and indoor application.

Airconditioning

EVE-Fiberglass Insulation Board can be made

into coats for ducts or vessels to preserve

the heat or cold air.

Sound insulation

To separate from the noise or sound unwanted,

EVE-Fiberglass Insulation Board can be

installed as internal or external insulation

wall.

Heat preservation

Thanks to the fiber laminated structure, EVE-

Fiberglass Insulation Board has an excellent

capability to preserve heat and it is often

used to protect the material transferred

inside the vessel from loosing heat or being

heated.

So the transferred material can be

maintained in a stable condition.

Packaging, storing & loading

EVE-Fiberglass Insulation Board is packaged

with plastic wraps or bags and should be

stored in a dry and cool condition.
