The φ191mm Flexible Forming Pipe Mill is a professional equipment based on FFX (Flexible Forming X) technology, designed for multi-specification large-diameter welded pipe production.
Compared with traditional tube mills, it features stable rough forming, quick roll change, and high precision – solving the pain points of "long downtime for spec change" and "poor forming stability" in multi-product factories.
Advanced FFX flexible rough forming: The core advantage of this Flexible Forming Pipe Mill – adopts FFX technique to realize stable forming of φ102-191mm large-diameter pipes, avoiding deformation caused by uneven stress in traditional forming, and ensuring consistent pipe quality across different specifications.
Multi-spec quick roll change: The Flexible Forming Pipe Mill’s fin pass and sizing part use quick-change design – changing rolls for different pipe specs takes only 1-2 hours (vs.
4-6 hours for traditional mills), greatly reducing downtime and improving multi-product production efficiency.
PLC & AC converter control: The Flexible Forming Pipe Mill is equipped with PLC system and AC motor converter adjustment – realizing precise control of forming speed (15-50m/min) and welding parameters, ensuring stable performance even when switching between small (φ102mm) and large (φ191mm) diameter pipes.
