Production flow:

Accurate mixing, forming by beater addition process, and high pressure/high temperature autoclave curing.

Performance Characteristics

Good fire and moisture protection, and sound insulation.

Compared with stones, the sheets are of similar density and strength, but are lighter-weight and easier to be installed.

The thin sheets tough enough to be bendable.

Application Areas

Partition Systems

Hollow partitions built with keels are used in sound insulation areas (e.g. meeting rooms, computer labs) or wet areas (e.g. kitchens).

Solid composite walls formed with rock wool and lightweight concrete are used for sound insulation and fire protection.

Interior space is saved in this way.

Suspended Ceiling Systems

Conch boards can be used for interior and exterior suspended ceilings in industrial and civil buildings, as they are lightweight and advantageous in terms of fire and moisture protection, and deformation resistance, etc.

Wall Linings

The sheets can be used as linings of interior and exterior walls (curtains), floors, and interior walls of tunnels, to improve shock resistance, peeling prevention, water resistance and moisture protection, fire protection and thermal insulation, and other functions.

Post-Processing

The sheets are of smooth surfaces and high strength, and are suitable to be coated, punched and embossed.

It is easy for technicians to work on the boards, while customers are happy with the work.

Other Applications

The sheets can replace block boards, gypsum boards and calcium silicate boards used in building decoration, construction and renovation.

In addition, the thin sheets can be used to cover cylinder surfaces.
