We can export tubular foundation sheet piles with diameters up to 3000mm, wall thicknesses up to 25mm, and any lengths without butt-welding.
Steel sheet pipe piles are the main retaining elements of the combined wall, carrying horizontal loads from soils and water pressures and vertical foundation loads, the intermediary sheet piling (preferably Z Sheet Pile) transfer horizontal loads to the tubular piles.
The OZ wall is a combined system incorporating:
– OZ piles as structural supports, – Z sheet piles as intermediary elements, The OZ sheet pile fulfil two different structural functions:
– retaining menbers for soil and hydrostatic pressures
– bearing piles for vertical loads
