This thin plate slitting and cut to length line machine can only slitting or cut to length orslitting and cut to length at same time.

It is controlled by servo electromotor and used to regulate for high speed feed and precise length control.

The operation is done at the control table with programmable control.

Drive model: 11Kw servo motor with precise decelerating transmission and synchronous to transport the belt to feed rollers.

Specification of blades：Φ200×Φ120×40 material：6CrW2Si and 10 pieces of blades and rubber board will be provided with the machine for free, the blades can be moved.

When not in use, the blade shaft can be lifted.

Thickness of process able material：δ＝0.2-1.5mm .

Width of process able material：B≤1250

The slitting machine is designed with entry guide device, press device Slitting speed：v≤ 25m/min.

Shear model: cut from up to down electrical which is cooperate with the signal direct from the feeder and shear automatically.

Adopt gap adjusting design to cut the materials and can shear 1.5mm steel plate safely after heat treatment.
