Aerogel Insulation Felt for Industrial Pipelines and Equipment

Shenzhou SHF aerogel insulation felt is a flexible, high-temperature insulation material produced by combining a special fiber substrate with a nano-composite structure.

It is designed for industrial pipelines, tanks, vessels and equipment where conventional insulation would require excessive thickness or installation space.

Two long-term service temperature grades are available: SHF ≤450°C and SHF ≤650°C.

Standard thickness options include 3 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm and 10 mm, with a width of 1500 mm.

At a mean temperature of 25°C, thermal conductivity is no more than 0.021 W/(m·K).
