Production Process of Melamine Veneer Multilayer Board

The manufacturing process is carefully controlled to ensure strength and durability:

Core Selection – Choose plywood, block board, MDF, or particle board and prepare it with proper drying and calibration.

Paper Impregnation – Soak decorative paper in melamine resin and dry it to a semi-cured state.

Layer Assembly – Place melamine film or veneer on one or both sides of the core.

Hot Pressing – Apply heat and pressure to bond layers and create a smooth, hard surface.

Finishing – Cool, trim, and sand the boards to achieve precise dimensions and a clean appearance.

Quality Check – Inspect thickness, bonding strength, and surface finish before packaging.
