General

This device can make real simulation of machine parts of

industrial automatic mark working condition.

This device

consists of working part, controlling part and PC interface.

Working part contains a variety of industrial transmission

device, various industrial sensors, real simulation of

machine parts of automatic transmission and mark work- piece

and classification of storage.

Control part adopts three

control mode ( PLC control, MCU control, PC control) to

complete the whole system control operation.

This device automatically operates MCU control to start

the control button of interface panel to control seal

machine operation.

It can operate with the external PLC

control seal machine.

When rotating the change- over switch

SA1, it can change its controlling ways, MCU control / PLC

control / PC control.

This device has PC monitering and can directly moniter the

operation of seal machine.

The control panel has PLC control

I/ O interface and PC communication interface.

The whole

equipment consists of aluminum training platform,

distribution parts, carrying manipulator, material

transmission and sorting agency etc.

Function description

This device deploys DC dynamo, conveyor belt device,

pneumatic device, sensor, pneumatic chuck, material trough

combined device, Z axis roller screw transmission device

etc.

The whole system is the open training platform for

module structure.

The training module can make combination

according to different training requirements.

Schools can

deploy different brands of ( PLC) module or increase other

training module according to their teaching needs.

The performing part of the system employs the pneumatic

device made by pneumatic solenoid valve- cylinder to finish

the operation and sorting of the system.

The connection

between the modules of training device use safe wire to make

safe of the training and assessment.
