Nanocrystalline Magnetic Cores Of Common Mode Inductor - China

The Common- mode inductor from EHC using cores of nanocrystalline soft

magnetic alloy material has the characteristics of high permeability and

low loss.

When the inductance of the common- mode inductor is greater,

the proportion of the inductance to the effective permeability( μe) is

better .

For the same core, the higher the permeability( L) , the bigger

the inductance( μe) .

So choosing nanocrystalline material to make the

common- mode inductor core can greatly decrease the size of magnetic

core.

And common mode

inductor core’s performance is no less than that of ferrite, but

price of the latter is about 1/ 4 to 1/ 5 of the former.

With the same size and

same number of coil, saturation resistance of common- mode inductor core

using nanocrystalline materials is about 2.5 times of that of ferrite.

In the whole, wide band has a good noise attenuation performance, and

smaller inductance is the best solution for small volume light weight

design, and improves the reliability of products.
