This Space Solar Cell product is an GaInP2/GaAs/Ge on Ge substrate triple junction solar cell assembly with 30% efficiency(28% and 32% also available).
The space solar cell assembly is equipped with an discrete Si bypass diode, Interconnects and cover glass.
We also offer bare cells version.
