APQ- BEADS spherical bead lubricant is a completely spherical

co- polymer plastic bead which is designed exclusively for

the petroleum industry.

APQ- BEADS is comprised of copolymer

beads which are available in two sizes, coarse and fine.

The

functions of the APQ- BEADS are similar to tiny ball

bearings, which will not break under extreme stress and

impact.



APQ- BEADS spherical bead lubricant is temperature stable to

450℉ （ 232℃ ） .

Due to its high compressive strength, this

lubricant is able to minimize casing wear, reduce torque and

drag and lower the risk of differential sticking in

depleted, underbalanced formations.

APQ- BEADS have been screened sizing for optimum performance.

APQ- BEADS provide you with particle size microns/ mesh

tolerances allowing you to control the size of the beads in

your system for optimum performance and minimization of tool

problems.

Application：


APQ- BEADS spherical bead lubricant is designed for use in

situations where torque, drag, casing wear, and/ or the

potential for differential sticking are likely.

Typical

applications for APQ- BEADS lubricant are highly deviated

holes, wells with high tortuosity and well with severe or

unplanned doglegs where high torque and drag are

encountered.

The beads concentration of 5.6- 20kg/ m³ will be sufficient to

control torque and drag.

The value can be adjusted according

with the torque and drag limitations of the drilling

operation.

APQ- BEADS can be mixed directly into most fluid systems via

injection pump, pill form of gravity feeding, directly over

the fluid pump suction.

APQ- BEADS ( corse and fine) should be

mixed through the mud- mixing hopper
