DESCRIPTION:

Polyester needle felt is made of polyester staple fiber tiled on fine fiber cloth, which has staggered fiber and uniformly distributed gaps, by non-woven needling process.

And by surface treatment such as hot rolling, singeing or coating, the surface can be smooth, which makes it's hard to be blocked by dust.

Polyester needle felt has large amount of porosity, so it has good ventilation property.

It is extremely stabile with chemicals, so it can be applied in various industrial fields.

FEATURE:

Polyester can used to filter gas at normal temperature, including corrosive gas contain acid or alkali.

It also can used to filter organic and inorganic liquids at normal temperature conditions.

It is a kind of ideal material used at normal temperature conditions to separate gas/solid and solid/liquid in various industrial fields.
