2, Application

Y83 series briquetting press can cold press the scrap iron, steel, aluminum

and other metals into cylindrical briquettes with the density of about 5- 6

ton per square meter and the briquettes are able to be directly melted for

reproduction.

The machine can help you to reduce the loss when reproduce the

burning loss in smelting so to make recycling and smelting easier and

convenient, and the briquette can substitute the pig iron as raw material

directly.

We offer you totally 9 different types with different working force

from 200 tons to 630 tons.

a, Fluid drive endows Y83 series with small size, light weight, low noise,

high efficiency and many other advantages comparing to traditional mechanical

drive.

b, Y83 provides option of auto and manual operation system.

The tandem

hydraulic cylinders increases the work speed and improves the production

output.

c, Y83 series is designed and produced of a monothlic casting steel and this

improves the stablability and lengthen the machine life.

d, The electrical part adopts imported PLC automatic control system which can

reduce the malfunction ratio.

e, Y83 is widely used in different fields including scrap metal recycling

industry and steel factory offering you qualified products.
