Miter double column horizontal band saw machine is typically designed for precise angel cutting various metals or non-metallic materials, such as stainless steel, steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and wide range of other alloys, plus wood, plastic, rubber, and so on.

Due to the design, the material remains in a safe clamped position, and angel from 0 to 45 degree or from left 45 degree to right 45 degree can be easily and quickly made by moving bow, no need any additional tool.

This kind of band saw machine can swivel cut round material with diameter up to 600mm (24') and rectangular sheets in size up to 600mm(H) * 420mm(W) or 24'(H) * 16.5'(W).

The guaranteed cut-off accuracy is +/- 0.1 mm/100 mm of material cut.

It is widely used in a variety of industries such as steel processing industry, steel furniture manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, aircraft manufacturing, fitting equipment manufacturing, trailer manufacturers, handrail manufacturers, fabrication shops, packaging industry, ceramic cutting industry and so on.

8 - After cutting sheets of different lengths, the saw blades automatically reset and the saw frame automatically rises up.

9 - Saw blade guidance device is equipped with the anti-friction bearing and hard alloy.

10 - Hydraulic blade tensioning

11 - Overload protection device for saw blade

12 - The machine is able to step-less adjust the cutting speed according to the material to ensure best cutting, which extends service life of the saw blade.

13 - Cursor positioning: projector device makes a shadow cast on working piece to have a precise cutting size

14 - Hydraulic pump supplies system pressure through three position directional valves controlling all vises, head up/down, blade tension, guide arm, and shuttle movement.

15 - Using high precision cylinder in international standards.

16 - Automatic chip cleaning device
