Walsun has a strong R&D team cooperating with Hunan University, which is
one of the strongest in new material research in China.
Walsun's
solution now is reaching a new level of the industry due to the brand
new formula of the material and processing techniques of our own ( the
major products are manufactured under Cold Isostatic Pressing (CIP) and
hot-press based special sintering method).
The major products are si3n4 heaters(lquid heaters and air heaters e.g. glow plug or hot surface ignitor etc.
), crucibles, foundary accessaries e.g. riser tubes, thermocouple protection tubes, big size heater tubes and small si3n4 components like seals, cutting tools and bearing balls etc.
