Specially: High carbon chromium, high harden ability , high wear resistance.
Good inoxidability, small deformation when heat treat, good anti-corrosion ability after quench and polishing.
Use: It is mainly used to produce various kinds of high accuracy, long life cold-die steel , cutting tools and measuring tool, especially the complicated piercing die, cold press die and screw plate.
Heat treatment:
Quench : 980-1040°C oil cooling or air cooling.
