Introduction
Ship-building gantry crane is the large lifting capacity, large span, multifunctional and highly efficient crane.
It is specially used in shipyard (slipway)for fragmented transportation, butt joint and turning of the large hull.
Features
1 There are several functions like single lifting, histing, aerial turning and horizontal slight turning in the air, etc.
2 Gantry frame has main single girder and main double girder to choose.
For reasonable use of material, main girder adopts variable crosse-section optimization design.
3 Gantry frame support leg has single column type and double column type to choose.
4 Upper trolley has double main hooks which are set individually at the outside of main girder, and can separately or synchronously laterally move 0-2m.
5 Under trolley has main and aux hook which are set below the middle of main girder.
6 Upper and under trolley can mutually work on different positions.
7 All lifting mechanism and traveling mechanism adopt frequency speed regulation.
8 Tumbler maintenance crane beside the support leg and on the top of main girder completes maintenance of the upper and under trolley.
9 Boarding elevator is set within the support leg for operators and servicemen to board.
10 To prevent storm, there are safe and reliable rail clamping device, ground anchor and anchor chain etc.
