Tungsten carbide particle hardfacing is applied liberally along the shirttail and extended up the leading edge of the bit leg for additional protection in high-speed, directional or abrasive applications

Shirttail Compacts

Tungsten carbide compacts in the shirttail protect the leg and body in abrasive formations and deviated or horizontal wells.

Gauge Inserts

More tungsten carbide inserts are placed in the gauge to reduce the wear in the abrasive formation.

It can protect gauge and increases the stability and life of the bit.

Teeth

The teeth are composed of premium tungsten carbide and some other elements, our engineer fine-tuned the compacts to match specific formations and drilling applications.

Nozzle

Optimized flushing system including three combined nozzles, balances fluid flow, allows effectively cleaning bottom-hole zone and anti-balling.
