The Flame Proof Mining Switchgear - Poland

The electrical system of the flame-proof mining switchgear

is installed in the flame-proof housing.

Housing has seven

separate chambers.

Housing design provides a degree of

protection IP54 and protects against electric arc of 25 kA

for 0.2 s.

Is installed on a chassis fitted with skids or

wheels for transport to the place of installation of the

switchgear on mine.

The flame-proof mining switchgear consist of:

1 - Chamber of connection terminals, designed to connect of

the outflow cables

2 - Chamber of disconnector, which is mounted disconnector

with earthing switch with electrical drive, the station

service transformer power control system, locks and

visualization and three voltage transformers (optional) with

fuses and switches for protecting transformer and voltage

transformers.

3 - Chambers of switch and earthing switch – circuit I i

circuit II, which are mounted vacuum contractor, current

transformers, disconectors with earthing switch with the

electrical drive.

4 - Chambers of outflow terminals – circuit I i circuit II,

designed to connect of the outflow cables.

In chambers are

installed current transformers (Ferranti) operating with the

controllers.

5 - Chambers with control and protection elements.

The product is a special wagon intended for the transport

and distribution of diesel fuel for motor vehicles of a

combustion engine at any point of their operation in

underground mines.

In addition, the wagon is used as a

container for oil and lubricants necessary for proper

equipment utilization in mining face and walls.

The product

is suitable for rail transportation or cable railway system.

CONTAINER CAPACITY

Diesel fuel container 900 dm3 max.

Diesel fuel or lubricant container 320 dm3 max.

Box for plastic lubricants 510 dm3 max.

Container – construction made with metal plates 5 mm thick,

fixed to metal frame, divided in three chambers.

The First

chamber is for diesel oil.

The second chamber is for

transportation gearing system oil.

The third one is for

transportation of lubricating greases in individual

containers and auxiliary materials of solid consistency.

The

first two parts are equipped with level gauges, positioned

on the sidewalls of the containers.

At both ends of the container are installed hand wing pumps,

used for bi-directional pumping fuel or lubricating greases.

To change the direction of pumping, from filling up to

unloading the containers and vice versa, use the control

valve lever.

Filling and unloading of the container refueling receivers

is nondroplet.

Filling and unloading taps are equipped with

drydisconnect quick couplings.

Liquid containers are equipped with breathing valves with

fire quencher.

The container is attached to the

transportation platform with 4 screws which are permanently

fixed to the platform.

At the top of the container frame

there are four handles to anchor it to the cable rail.
