Slurry-like-paste cementing filling process generally

utilizes the strong absorption feature of fly ash or fine

aggregate, increases the slurry volume concentration while

keeping the quality concentration at 70%-78%, makes the

filling slurry be complete suspension state in piping,

thereby reducing the bleeding rate of stope filling body and

improving the filling body strength.

The filling system designed by our company for Shandong

Energy Feicheng Mining Group CaoZhuang Coal Mine adopts the

“slurry-like-paste� � technology, which uses coal gangue,

fly ash and solid plastic agent according to the ratio of

3: 3: 1, to produce the “slurry like paste” filling material

with 70% mass concentration.

The filling material can flow naturally to stope through

drilling and underground laying piping, the whole system

from material adding, mixing, stirring and transportation

applies automation and control and achieves that one roadway

serves for an exploration area, which can reduce thousand

tons of tunneling ratio and manpower.

In a word, the system

possesses the advantages of simple operation, high filling

speed, reliable operation and good filling effect.

This project is rated as the international leading level by

Shandong Science and Technology Agency in December, 2011.
