Working principle: The dip angles of the gravity separator screen layer

along the direction of length and width are called longitudinal dip and

horizontal dip respectively.

During separation, the screen layer can do

reciprocating vibration under the function of drive system, and seed

flows onto the screen surface.

Under the function of the air flow of the

fan, the seed on the surface can be separated, and the heavy seed shall

fall below the materials, while, as the seed would move up along the

vibration direction by the vibration of screen layer, the light seed

shall float above the materials without contact with the screen surface,

and the seed shall flow downward because of the horizontal dip of the

screen layer.

Besides, because of the function of the longitudinal dip,

the seed shall move forward along the direction of length with the

vibration of screen layer and finally be discharged by seed outlet.

According to this, it can be known that because of the difference of the

seed gravity, seed cleaning or separating can be realized by different

seed moving paths on the screen surface.

Product usage: The machine can

be used for seed separation of wheat, corn, paddy rice and soybean

according to gravity differences to clean impurities such as seed glumes

and stones and bad seed such as dry seed, worm-eaten seed and mildewing

seed.

The machine can either be used as a single machine or be used with

other equipments together as one of the main equipments in seed

processing complete equipment.

double particles with stable running, equipped with display for rotation
