15 multiple separator is designed according to characteristics

combination of grain gravity and sizes.

⑴ Gravity air

separation the screen layer is a porous plate with certain slope

angle punched by steel plate to increase grain throwing power and

control air flow direction.

The grain cleaned shall do reciprocating

motion by gravity separation layer , and be separated into layers along

the vertical direction for the differences of grain critical velocity

under the function of air flow of the main fan.

Impurities and light

seed rise on upper layer, while the heavy seed falls onto the lower

layer.

Impurities and light seed on upper layer shall flow into the

lower height of the screen layer under the common function of screen

slop and air flow, while the heavy seed with contact with the screen

layer shall flow into the upper height of the screen layer under the

reciprocating motion force of the screen.

Seed with different weight can

be separated on the gravity separation layer.

⑵ Screening

All kinds of grain include length, width and thickness, and screening is

carried out in accordance with grain width and thickness.

The screen

usually adopts long holes and round holes.

The long-hole screen can be

used for grain separation according to grain thickness, by which the

grain with thickness larger than width of the screen hole shall remain

on screen surface while the grain with thickness less than the hole

width shall fall under the screen.

The round-hole screen can limit seed

width, by which the seed with width larger than diameter of screen hole

shall remain on screen surface while the small ones shall fall under the

screen.

Main Usage: The machine can be sued for seed cleaning,

separating and grading such as wheat, beans, corns, rape seed and melon

seed.

The grain threshed by combine harvester and thresher shall be up

to the standard of best commodity grain by one time cleaning during safe

water storage.

If water content of the grain is high, after the pre-

cleaning by the machine, the grain can comply with drying requirements.

The machine is also suitable for rape seed and white melon seed

cleaning.

During rape seed and white melon seed cleaning, the pressure

reducing valve for air flow adjustment can be adjusted properly to make

the screen layer reach to ideal separation condition.
