This automatic tape casting coater pushes the precision film applicator (wire bar or doctor blade) at a uniform speed to achieve a smooth and uniform coating effect.

The substrate is fixed by vacuum adsorption, so that the substrate is free of wrinkles during the coating process, and the coating is smoother.
