Low Temperature Box Hydrogen Furnace - China

This product is a box-type furnace with a hydrogen atmosphere at 1200°C.

The furnace chamber is a closed design, which can be vacuumed and filled with hydrogen and other gases.

The furnace is a double-layer stainless steel structure, which guarantees vacuum and safety to the utmost extent, ensures that the positive pressure can reach 0.06MP, and the vacuum can reach -0.09MPa; the overall water cooling is cooled, and the shell temperature does not exceed 50℃ during heating to ensure safe operation.

Built-in H2 combustion control system, that is, when the controller does not detect the flame in the burner, the gas delivery valve will automatically close.

The furnace uses five-sided heating, and the temperature distribution in the furnace is the most even.

This box furnace contains temperature controller, which can realize proportional integral differential control and automatic adjustment functions.

The temperature control accuracy is ±1℃, and it has built-in over-temperature alarm and thermocouple failure alarm.
