This is a Programmable Dip Coater (1-40 mm/min) designed to preparing multilayer coating up to 6 solutions inside a temperature controlled oven with touch-screen digital control.

Dipping rate, pulling rate, dwell time, and amount of cycles can be setup by touch screen controller.

It is designed for R&D Lab to prepare various optical or epitaxial films from liquid solution.

Technical Parameters:

1.1 - Running (up and down) speed range: 1-200mm/min (integer).

It can be set to confirm.

1.2 - Substrate size: (length) 75mm x (width) 25mm x (thickness) 2.5mm.

6 substrates can be made at one time.

1.3 - Effective stroke: 60mm.

1.4 - Six positions.

It can be lifted 1-20 times at the same time, and can be set to confirm.

1.5 - The pulling load is not more than 100g.

The load of the beakers tray is uniform, not more than 1000g.

1.6 - Two-phase hybrid stepping motor, the stepping angle is subdivided through the driver.

1.8 - The temperature of the constant temperature box cannot be higher than 100°C during pulling and dipping.

1.9 - The ambient temperature is 5-40℃, the relative humidity is not more than 85%RH, and there is no strong seismic source and corrosive gas influence around the equipment.
