1 - Usage

This tester simulates rain environment in the process of

storage, transportation and use to check performance of

electronic and electrical products, lighting, electrical

cabinets, electrical components, car, motorcycle, their

parts and components to improve their quality.

2 - Principle:

This tester consists of sewing pipe bracket, driver,

working turntable, electrical controller.

2.1 - swing pipe: it combines with motor, PLC controller

driving reducer, bearings to work

2.2 - working turntable: the motor drives turbine to rotate

to assure the turntable speed.

The socket on the turntable

offer the power for the sample.

2.3 - spray nozzle: specified spray nozzle.

It has two

colors white and blue.

White nozzle is suitable for IP3 and

blue nozzle is suitable for IP4.

2.4 - water channel: it need to assure to drainage rapidly
