Float type level sensor/switch is made by housed in a fixed pole of reed

switches and in the ball float of permanent magnet, the float surround

in a fixed pole.

When float along with the change of the liquid level

rising or falling, the permanent magnets in the float generated magnetic

field near or far away from reed switches, which make closed or

disconnected, outputing corresponding switch signals.

Float type level sensor/switch can be used for water, gas, diesel, oil and water mixture, printing ink, alcohol and other chemical liquids.

Control liquid surface precision can reach ± 3 mm.

Float type level sensor/switch has simple structure, no standby power consumption, long life and low cost advantages, widely used in engineering locomotive oil level control, medical products, household appliances, industrial equipment and lab equipment and other facilities.

Float type liquid level switch/sensors’ material can be divided into stainless steel and plastic liquid level switch/sensors and for installation can be divided into vertical install type and side mount type, and for float quantity can be divided into the single ball and several balls.
