The pressure sensor monitors the pressure in the vacuum chamber and feeds back the signal to the measurement and control system.
In practical operation, the vacuum chamber is usually evacuated by a combination of a main pump (such as a mechanical pump) and a molecular pump to bring the internal pressure close to a vacuum state.
Heating/cooling system: The heating system is generally composed of resistance wire, radiant heaters or high-frequency heaters, etc.
The heating power and temperature are regulated by controlling the current and voltage of the heating elements.
Refrigeration can be achieved through methods such as liquid nitrogen.
The box body is heated or cooled by electric heating wires or liquid nitrogen, and a uniform temperature field is formed in the heat sink of the box body in the form of radiation and conduction, thereby simulating a space simulation environment with both vacuum and a wide temperature range (such as -100℃ to 125℃).
