The thermal vacuum test equipment is mainly used for testing aerospace and aviation products.

Its working principles mainly include the following aspects:

1 - Refrigerant circulation system: The liquid refrigerant absorbs heat from the water in the evaporator and evaporates, creating a temperature difference between the refrigerant and the water, thereby achieving the cooling effect.

The gaseous refrigerant after evaporation is compressed by the compressor and transformed back into liquid, returning to the evaporator to continue absorbing heat, and this process repeats.

2 - Water circulation system: The water circulation system pumps water from the water tank to the equipment that needs cooling and takes away the heat from the equipment.

As the water temperature rises, it returns to the water tank and undergoes continuous circulation to achieve cooling of the equipment.

3 - Electrical automatic control system: The electrical automatic control system includes the power supply and automatic control parts.

The power supply part provides power to the compressor, fan, water pump, etc.

through contactors, while the automatic control part includes temperature controllers, pressure protection, relays, delayers, overload protection devices, etc.

They automatically start and stop and protect the equipment according to the water temperature.

4 - Vacuum system: The vacuum system of the thermal vacuum test equipment detects the pressure in the chamber through pressure transmitters and compares the detected pressure signal with the set value of the control instrument after amplification, analog-to-digital conversion, and non-linear compensation.

This allows the electromagnetic valve to open and close and the vacuum pump to work, maintaining the pressure in the chamber within a certain range.

The vacuum system also includes the main pump (mechanical pump) system, molecular pump, connecting pipes, valves, accessories, vacuum sensors, and interlock devices, etc.
