1 - The TSP4- 500KN spring fatigue testing machine also called

spring fatigue cycle life tester or spring endurance test

rigs made by Wintime Machinery Co.

validate and evaluate a variety of shock absorber or heavy

duty springs such as locomotive springs、 car springs、

helical suspension spring、 compression springs the

performance and endurance life of bearing under the required

speed & load .

2 - This testing machine mainly use computer and software to

control the whole system, which can make the accuracy more

precise.

The hydraulic cylinder is imported from Germany,

which is high flow, good circularity and high availability.

This machine can be used to test the heavy duty springs of

haulage motor.

This machine can adopt the electro- hydraulic

servo testing system to operate.

3 - The all parts of equipment can be maintained and

repaired.

The main functions of this machine is as follows,

it can use fixed deformation or fixed load.

Measurement

system can be automatic zero, automatic calibration.

Computer real- time display test amplitude, test frequency,

the number of fatigue.

4 - The load capacity is up to 500KN, and the test space is

about 600mm( wide) * 1700mm( length) , which can be adjust up

and down.

The max.

test amplitude is ±40mm, and the

frequency is about 0.1Hz to 4Hz.

The maximum power should be

380 v AC, 110 KW.
