Printing and dyeing sludge contains a large number of chemical residues, with high proportion of inherent water, is very difficult to dehydrate.
Its composition is very complex, with high content of harmful substances and a certain degree of stickiness.
After the mechanical filter, the sludge moisture content is still as high as 75 ~ 85%.
However, the organic components in printing and dyeing sludge is very high.
The calorific value of dry sludge can reach 2000kcal/kg, about 30% - 50% coal.
With considerable energy use value, the dry sludge can be mixed with coal as boiler fuel, resulting in economic benefits.
