Overview
Ultrapure water equipment is a precision water treatment system that removes impurities from water to trace levels through a multi-stage process involving pretreatment, reverse osmosis, and ultrapurification.
The resulting water can have a resistivity exceeding 18 MΩ·cm, also known as soft water.
Originating in the US semiconductor industry, this equipment is now widely used in electronics, medicine, and chemical industries, including chip manufacturing, high-precision material cleaning, and laboratory pure water production.
